Nicolas Cage owes the man a whole lot of cash, and apparently, now it's more than first reported. The actor in all those crappy National Treasure flicks hasn't paid taxes in seven years and now owes the IRS over six million dollars. Because Cage owes about $6.26 million dollars to the government from unpaid back taxes, he's put many of his houses up for sale. However, with the housing market in a decline, Cage has not sold one yet. Now the IRS has filed a second lien on Nic for back taxes going back all the way to 2002 bringing the total he owes the government to $6,617,550.84.
