Nude Rihanna Photos Hit the Net

Cellphone nude Rihanna pics leaked onto the Net today and rumor has it, Chris Brown was the culprit.

Def Jam Records, Rihanna's label, sent a letter to websites that published the photos. The letter refers to "unauthorized photos purported to be - Rihanna," demanding the photos be taken down, calling the photos a violation of "the Artist's rights."

As Bodog Beat previously reported, Brown's lawyers are pushing for the case against him to be dismissed on the grounds that police sold crime scene photos of Rihanna to TMZ. His lawyer argyes that their credibility has been compromised and thus, the case against Brown should be thrown out.

It's unclear whether Brown leaked the nude Rihanna photos, but if he did, no word on whether it will affect the case or not.
