Paps Say Lindsay Lohan Involved in Baby Stroller Hit and Run

Lindsay Lohan is in the news again today - and this time it unclear as to whether or not she did anything wrong. According to a paparazzo, Lohan drove her car into a nanny and a baby stroller, then drove away.

A rookie paparazzo claims he and his photographer buddy caught the aftermath of the incident on tape - and then sold it to Radaronline. Apparently, Brayan Jaime was working his first day as a freelance paparazzo when he saw Lindsay in her Maserati run a red light and turn left, right into a baby stroller.

Jaime tells TMZ Lindsay hit the stroller with "full impact ... It was a major hit" and that the car hit the stroller  "in the middle, knocking 3 of the 4 wheels in the air."

Jaime went on to tell TMZ that he didn't call the cops because he "didn't want to get involved." He and his buddy did however, sell the footage to Radaronline. In the video, the nanny is walking across the street with the toddler, who is crying, while the paparazzo is  asking if they are ok. You can see the Maserati driving away in the background.

"I'm 100 per cent sure Lindsay was driving because I saw her with my own eyes," Jaime told RadarOnline.com.

"I asked the kid if she was okay and then asked the woman, but she was kind of shocked and didn't really know what to say and you could tell she was scared."
