Good for nothing Paris Hilton spent her 27th birthday on Saturday at the Pussycat Dolls Lounge inside PURE nightclub in Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nev., according to US magazine. And did the heiress simply blow out her candles, sip champagne and flash her aging vagina? Nope.

Being Paris Hilton ain't easy. She changed out of her light blue Dolce & Gabbana dress and got into an S&M style "sexy" cop outfit to perform for all her guests. "It's all about confidence and being sexy," Paris told US prior to her show. "I love that the Pussycat Dolls have that girl power thing going, and they're hot."

According to the magazine, Paris graced the stage just after 12:30 a.m., and asked, "Are you guys ready to get sexy tonight?" Her sister, Nicky, with her beau David Katzenberg reportedly blew a kiss from the audience.

And 15 minutes later, the wonky-eyed Hilton reportedly came back on stage wearing white Swarovski crystal covered lingerie and danced in an oversized champagne glass. "That was one of the sexiest shows ever," Paris said.
