Patricia Arquette Files for Divorce from Thomas Jane

Medium star Patricia Arquette filed for divorce from her husband, citing irreconcilable differences. She has been married to Thomas Jane for the past two years, who starred in The Mist and also earned himself a spot in the Celebrity DUI club last March.

Arquette filed legal papers today in L.A. County Superior Court and has lawyered-up with celebrity divorce pitbull, Laura Wasser.

The couple have a five-year-old daughter and no prenup. Arquette was once married to Nicolas Cage, which lasted five years. Arquette also has a 20-year-old son, from a previous relationship with musician Paul Rossi.
