Pierce Brosnan: Don't Call Me Bond

The former 007 is reportedly sick and tired of "shaken not stirred" and other annoying Bond references clever people make on a daily basis. Dude, Brosnan -- we hear totally you.

Apparently, Pierce Brosnan lost his cool when a paparazzo mentioned James Bond in Malibu recently. Photographer Rob Rosen told TMZ he was complimenting the former 007 star on his movies -- when suddenly, "his eyes went crazy" and Pierce shouted, "Why don't you just get the fuck out of my face!"

The photographer also claims Brosnan hit him in the ribs.

Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore has told the media his department is "actively investigating" the matter.

This is not the first time Brosnan has lost his cool over a Bond reference. Back in 2006, Star Magazine reported that a bartender at the W Hotel in Seattle made a mistake by assuming Pierce Brosnan would want a 007-style martini when he came to the bar.

When Brosnan sat down at the bar, the clever bartender joked, "Don't tell me, a martini right? Shaken not stirred!"

Brosnan got furious, yelling that if he hears that line one more time, he's going "to punch someone's lights out!" Then he stormed out.

Pierce Brosnan = awesome.
