Playboy Super Bowl Party Canceled

One of the tragedies of the tanking economy is the fact that Super Bowl boobies will not be on parade this year. Alas, for the first time ever, the Playboy Super Bowl party has just been canceled. Although Playboy is able to snag $2,000 per ticket, the steep cost of admission doesn't cover the expenses of the extravagant shin-dig.

TMZ is reporting that sponsors for the party are pinching their pennies during these tough times and the cash allotted for the bash will go into making another website. With declining sales, Playboy is sinking their cash into the relaunch of Playboy.com next month intending to make the site more interactive, and more profitable.
