Plot Thickens in Balloon Boy Story

Are you sick of Balloon Boy yet? Richard Heene sure hopes not - because he's banking on getting a reality show deal out of this when it's all said and done.

However, news is leaking today that Child Protective Servies were called on the Heenes in 2004. Richard Heene hired a guy named Matt Wineroth, who was later arrested on suspicion of stealing computer records from Heene's fledgling production company. Wineroth then went to the CFS to file a complaint against Richard. In a hand-written document to CFS which accompanied a request for a restraining order against Wineroth, Heene writes that he needed the restraining order to get his former employee to "stop falsely reporting derogatory information to agencies who have an interest to conduct investigations resulting in wasting my time."
