Privileged Katherine Heigl Keeps Complaining

Here's what I don't understand. There are a ton of hot, talented women in Hollywood and Katherine Heigl really isn't that special. The fact that her attitude reportedly sucks, should immediately disqualify her from continuing to get work, but because life isn't fair, she continues to rake in the fame and fortune.
Heigl has a long history of pissing off co-workers, writers and producers with her diva-like antics and constant whining. Heigl declined her inclusion in 2008 the Emmy race, blasting Grey's Anatomy writers for not providing her with workable material. Since becoming a movie star after the hit romantic comedies, Knocked Up and 27 Dresses, it has been rumored that Heigl tried to get out of her contract with the TV show that made her famous so she could focus on her movie career. Heigl also bit the hand that has fed her when she commented in a Vanity Fair article that Knocked Up was "a little sexist," and that "it was hard for me to love the movie."
Now, Heigl has once again pissed off Grey's Anatomy, going on Letterman and complaining about a long work day.
Heigl told David Letterman, "The first day back was Wednesday and it was — I’m going to keep saying this because I hope it embarrasses them — a seventeen-hour day, which I think is cruel and mean.”
However, producers on the show beg to differ. They say that indeed there was a 17-hour work day, but it was all due to accommodate Heigl's schedule.
New York Magazine reports, "What she neglected to add was this: This 'cruel' shooting schedule was only to accommodate HER and her needs. The producers graciously shuffled things around so she could go off and do promotion for her new film. Also, with union rules, the producers had to pay a ton of overtime and penalties to make this happen. The thanks they get is Katherine Heigl going on national television hoping to embarrass them."
