Rob Lowe Faces Off with Nanny Jessica Gibson in Court

The war between Rob Lowe and his former nanny Jessica Gibson went down in a court of law today, with both sides earning wins, or so their lawyers say.

The judge tossed out four of the Lowe's claims, including defamation and also Gibson's claim, that she was fired after she complained about sexual harassment.

Lowe's attorney, Larry Stein, told TMZ, "I'm delighted with the court's ruling today. It removed the retaliation claim, which Ms. Allred had been focusing on and left in six claims, which allows us to prosecute every claim we've made."

Meanwhile, Gibson's lawyer slash PR powerhouse, Gloria Allred was busy telling reporters, "This is a huge victory for us today. We look forward to continuing with our sexual harassment suit against the Lowes."

If you haven't heard, Gibson is accusing Lowe of doing some serious "terribles," which include showing her his naughty bits.
