With pencil behind ear, Ryan Seacrest channeled his inner Woodward and Bernstein to get the scoop on Robert Pattinson's off-screen romance with New Moon co-star Kristen Stewart.

Pattinson's handlers got a wee bit upset when the question was asked, prompting the Twilight hearthrob to politly end the interview.

Seacrest was as confused as Larry King was when Carrie Prejean stormed out on his interview. Why do celebs need to leave? Why not just say they don't want to answer a particular question.

For all you Robert Pattinson fans however, there is good news. Pattinson told Star that he would consider going nude. Pattinson said, "I think it would depend on what it is. And I don’t think a lot of people would really want to see that. I think it would ruin the illusion!”
