Sacha Baron Cohen Say Bye to Borat

Sacha Baron Cohen has announced that he's saying goodbye to two of his alter-egos, Borat and Ali G. The comedian has had to ditch these two characters because they've become so popular that he can't fool anyone with them anymore.
"When I was being Ali G and Borat, I was in character sometimes 14 hours a day, and I came to love them, so admitting I am never going to play them again is quite a sad thing," Cohen told the Daily Telegraph. "It is like saying goodbye to a loved one."
Cohen created both characters nearly a decade ago for an HBO series. However, after the huge success of "Borat" the movie, the actor can no longer use the character to ambush anyone. "It is hard," Cohen said. "And the problem with success, although it's fantastic, is that every new person who sees the 'Borat' movie is one less person I 'get' with Borat again, so it's a kind of self-defeating form, really."
Rumors are circulating that Cohen will be making a movie with a third character, Bruno, but right now he's busy raising his new baby, Olive, with Australian actress Isla Fisher. "I try to keep that part of my life separate from the professional part because I don't think it helps people appreciate the work or the comedy or make me any funnier if they know what's going on at home."
