Sarah Welch Sues Over Hilarious Fall

Former Bachelor loser turned model Sarah Welch has reminded us all about the embarrassing spill she took when she fell through a hole in the catwalk by suing over it!

According to the lawsuit, Sarah Welch is claiming she suffered "great injuries to her body, shock and injuries to her nervous system." The lawsuit doesn't mention the bruised ego she suffered. She is suing for negligence and is seeking unspecified damages.

"I had no idea that there was a hole there," Welch told Inside Edition back in 2007. "It was almost like falling through ice.   I was trying to get out and I remember there were pieces breaking around me and I couldn't."

"It is just a really funny mishap," she had told KABC-TV.   "I hope they're enjoying watching it just as much as I am!"

Guess she stopped laughing. The good news is that Sarah's lawsuit has renewed interest in the hilarious video - which is once again making its rounds on the Internets. Thanks, Sarah!

Welch was on the season with the drunk Bachelor, Charlie O'Connell. She came close to winning, but was edged out by Sarah Brice, who he is still with.
