'90's rocker Scott Weiland, has emerged from a 28-day stint in rehab. His attorney, Tony Brooklier, told the media he is "doing well."

The Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver frontman was arrested after an accident on an L.A. highway on Nov. 21. During the non-injury crash investigation, CHP noticed Weiland seemed slightly woozy and issued a sobriety test, which he failed. Weiland refused to take a blood or urine test and was booked for "driving under the influence of a drug."

Weiland has had quite the rock star rap sheet. He was arrested in '95 for buying crack, domestic violence in '01, as well as a DUI in '03. Air guitar! His next court date is Wednesday the 5th.
