Sean Connery's optometrist neighbor, Burton Sultan, has handed Connery a serious "schlapdown."

Connery and Sultan have been engaged in an all-out war for so long now, even a judge has tired of the pair, who have sued each other over ten times.

Apparently, Sultan called the cops on Connery after Connery's construction crew left scaffolding in their shared yard. However, when cops arrived, Sultan was not present to lodge a formal complaint so they left.

The construction has been the source of a heated battle between the two men, causing Sultan to proclaim that Connery is a "Rude, foul-mouthed, fat old man" who plays "loud music all the time while stomping about" the apartment. Hey, the last person who called Connery "rude" got schlapped!
