Shaunie O'Neal Separates from Shaquille

Kobe Bryant didn't help Shaq's relationship much when he ratted on him during his rape trial (Kobe's quote: "I should've got an escort like Shaq.") Since then, Shaquille O'Neal and his wife Shaunie O'Neal have been on and off.

Listing "irreconcilable differences," Shaunie filed a petition for legal separation in Los Angeles County Superior Court even though the couple lives in Florida. The reason for that is because the spousal support department in California is more generous than in Florida. Shaunie is asking for both spousal and child support.

Married for almost seven years, Shaq and Shaunie have four kids together - and one each from a previous relationship. Shuanie will be asking for full custody of all the four minor children.
