Spitzer's Hooker Ashley Dupre Sues Girls Gone Wild's Joe Francis

New York Govener Eliot Spitzer's hooker Ashley Dupre has reportedly filed a law suit against Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis for "exploiting her name and image for profit," reports People magazine.

Dupre claims that Girls Gone Wild representatives approached her in 2003 while she was vacationing in Florida, "offered her alcohol and cajoled her into exposing her breasts for their cameras when she was just 17." And since the Spitzer scandal that pushed Dupre's name and face towards the public, Francis has allegedly used her name, face, picture adnd voice in Girls Gone Wild ad campaigns and websites.

Dupre is suing for more than $10 million in damages.
