Spencer Pratt's little sister and cast member on The Hills was busted for DUI early this morning. Pratt had attended a birthday party for Heidi Montag's sister, Holly.

Stephanie Pratt was busted in Hollywood at 3:45 a.m. TMZ reports that stealthy cops apparently watched her walk to her car and were waiting to bust her.

While she was being busted, party goers came out and started taking pictures, which pissed off some of her friends and a brawl ensued. Oh the drama!
