The O.J. Simpsons: Fox Demands Removal of Parody

Who's badder? O.J. Simpson or Homer Simpson? (AP Images, Simpsons.com)

20th Century Fox executives are furious over three online parodies of "The Simpsons" which stars murderer ex-footballer, O.J. Simpson.

The three clips entitled "The O.J. Simpsons" (clever), have created quite the buzz on sites such as YouTube; especially an episode called 'If I did it' which begins with Fox's decision to withdraw publication of an interview Simpson did for his book.

The opening credits are borrowed from The Simpsons except -- instead of Bart riding around town on his skateboard, O.J. is being chased in his white S.U.V. by three squad cars.

The hosting site of the video, Broadcaster, says that the animated clips are protected by fair-use content rights and therefore they will not be taking them down. Either way it's great promotion for The Simpsons movie coming out in July; Broadcaster gains some traffic, and O.J. well... no comment.

Here are the other two episodes: Black and White Christmas and Warzone. Head over to the Bodog Sportsbook for all your Television Betting needs.
