Tiger Woods Gets Pelted With A Hot Dog During the Open

It was a processed meat surprise for Tiger over the weekend.
Just when Tiger Woods thinks he’s back on his "A" game after his involvement in a crazy sex scandal, the guy got attacked by a hot dog wielding fan at this year’s Open in Corde Valle Golf Club in California. It all went down while he was trying to focus on a shot on the seventh green when a fan launched the flying dog in a bun just before he was tackled by security.

“I don’t know how he tried to throw it, but I was kind of focusing on my putt when he started yelling,” Woods told Fox Sports. “Next thing I know he laid on the ground and looked like he wanted to be arrested. He put his hands behind his back and turned his head,” he continued.

So yeah, the guy was arrested and why the 31-year-old fan chose to throw a hot dog at Woods is unknown but we’ll just put him down as a overzealous fan who wanted to be part of the game, kind of like a streaker at a baseball game.

Apart from breaking Tiger’s concentration, there was no harm done and no one pressed charges in the end but in reality he got a little too close for comfort even it was just a hot dog attack.
