One of the 11 extras injured when they fell off the back of a truck after a bolt on a side panel of the truck apparently came loose as the vehicle turned on the set of Valkyrie, are looking for a payout. All the extras had to go the hospital, one with possible internal injuries. Now one of the extras has lawyered up and is suing for big bucks. Twelve million to be exact.

The extra's lawyer has placed ads searching for other injured extras on a website to help their case. The extra's attorney says they've found other witnesses who are prepared to testify "that everyone on the set knew that the vehicles were in terrible shape."

Tom Cruise wasn't on the set at the time of the accident. In Valkyrie, Cruise plays German officer Claus Schenk Graf von Stauffenberg, the anti-Nazi celebrated for unsuccessfully trying to kill Adolf Hitler in 1944 by hiding a bomb in his briefcase.
