Tori Spelling Has Baby Girl

90210 star Tori Spelling gave birth to her second child, a girl, on Monday, People magazine reports. The actress already has a 1-year-old son, Liam Aaron, with husband Dean McDermott, who also has a 9-year-old son, Jack, from a previous marriage. The couple's newest addition to their family is named Stella Doreen.

According to People, Spelling delivered Stella Doreen by C-section at a Los Angeles, Calif., hospital at around 3 p.m. The baby weighed 6 lbs., 8 oz., and was 19 3/4 inches, according to Spelling's rep.

"I've always wanted a little girl since I'm such a girly girl," Spelling said to People in March. "I immediately started crying. I couldn't believe it. I have my beautiful boy and now I'll have my little girl! It's amazing.

"Because my mother and I have always had a complicated relationship, I always wanted a girl to prove that the past doesn't have to repeat itself. I can't wait to be a great mom and friend to her."
