If you hadn’t heard about Tricia Walsh-Smith you’re in the minority. Which is strange since today is probably the first time most of us have heard of her. Amazing what some venomous honesty over YouTube can do.

Walsh-Smith has taken to youtube in an effort to smear her husband’s name. The man in question, Philip Smith, is president of the Shubert Organization, the largest theatre owner on Broadway.

Walsh-Smith apparently feels trapped in her marriage and has no way out since she signed a prenuptual agreement with her husband who is a quarter century her senior.

In a statement to The Globe and Mail Norman Sheresky said, "I don't think it's the kind of thing people should be doing, and it's the kind of thing judges frown upon.” Sheresky is a partner in the matrimonial law firm Sheresky Aronson Mayesfsky & Sloan, which Walsh-Smith mentions in her video
