If you didn't get a ticket to attend the Michael Jackson memorial being held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning, you'll still be able to watch the event live on television. Eleven of the major networks and a host of cable news and entertainment channels, including CNN, MSNBC, E! Entertainment, TV Guide Network and TV One, plan to carry the event live at 10 a.m. PDT.

"Everything about the memorial has to do with accommodating as many fans as possible," Ken Sunshine, the Jackson family spokesman, said.

And if you can't get to a TV set, KCRW-FM (89.9) will broadcast the event live and it will also be streamed online on several news sites, including latimes.com and www.hulu.com.

As far as celebrity appearances NBA stars Kobe Bryant and Magic Johnson are participating, as are singers Jennifer Hudson, John Mayer and Smokey Robinson, the family said.

Elizabeth Taylor, on the other hand, posted a message on her Twitter account saying that she "cannot be part of the public whoopla."

"I just don't believe that Michael would want me to share my grief with millions of others," Taylor tweeted. "How I feel is between us. Not a public event."
