Michael Jackson's strange existence could culminate in a triumphant finale, if the late singer wins the Nobel Peace Prize his fans are vying for. Yes, Jackson fans have rallied together to create a petition that asks that the late King of Pop be nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize. Fans say he should be honored for his charity work and "lifelong dedication to the well being of humanity."

So far, almost 3,000 have signed the petition, with the goal set a 1,000,000. However, fans cannot nominate a person for the Prize - no matter how many signatures are accumulated - as only government members, professors, and former winners of the prize can suggest nominees.
