The Breeders' Cup kicks off Friday, October 24 and the final entries and post positions were just pulled for the races.
Curlin, the reigning Horse of the Year, favorite to win and all-time leading earner among North American-based Thoroughbreds, will be defending his Breeders' Cup title from the ninth position. With Big Brown out of the running, Curlin's odds to win are looking good. Here are the final entries along with their post positions:
