The $300K Bing Crosby Stakes will have sprinter Zensational as the favorite on Saturday August 8. The grade 1 winner will get some opposition from Eddie Read Handicap winner Global Hunter, who brought the field to six horses. Zensational, a three-year-old son of Unbridled's Song, won the July 5 Triple Bend in his stakes debut.

Zensational is likely to get his biggest competition from Steve Miyadi-trained Bamaha Breeze. The four-year-old Northern California-based colt is 6-1-1 in eight starts and is coming off a runner-up performance in a handicap at the Stockton fair July 18.

Michael House's Delta Storm enters the Crosby with back-to-back turf wins at Hollywood, most recently winning the Robert Kerlan Memorial Handicap at six furlongs on June 18. Also in the field is Hurry Up Austin. He won the Kangaroo Court during Santa Anita's Oaktree meet last fall, and will make his 2009 debut Saturday.
