A Hellmuth-ian Entrance to Day 1D of 2007 World Series of Poker

As is his custom, Phil Hellmuth arrived late to Day 1D of the 2007 World Series of Poker Main Event. This time, the entrance was accompanied with a great deal of fanfare as he arrived with a bevy of beauties. However, the entrance was not as grand as it should have been thanks to a little mishap yesterday.

Apparently, Hellmuth ran into a lamppost while test driving the race car that was supposed to deliver him to the poker entrance of the Rio today. Hellmuth did not suffer any serious injury except for some whiplash, and although there were rumors of him not playing due to the "injury", he obviously showed up to the 2007 WSOP in grand style.

Some might even call it a publicity stunt.
