Bodog’s $100K Winner “fakker11”

The buzz for the Bodog Sunday $100K Guaranteed tournament continues to grow, and this week 497 players played for the $100K. Bodog added an extra $25,450 (an overlay of 25.45%) to bring the prize up to the guaranteed limit, and when it was all over “fakker11” was the winner of the $25K first-place prize. It was a big boost to the bankroll of the winning limit-holdem grinder, who spends most of his time playing $3/$6 limit cash games.

In the heads-up battle he beat out an accomplished MTT shark named “pokerarg”, who had to settle for the $15K second-place prize. “pokerarg” has won hundreds of thousands of dollars playing online poker tournaments over the last couple of years, but wasn’t able to close it out on Sunday.
