Thanks to Bodog Poker and PokerListing.com, online poker player Paul Lim found himself with the opportunity to head down to Melbourne, Australia, to play in the 2008 Aussie Millions Main Event. Although the journey ended sooner than he would've liked, the 23-year-old resident of Los Angeles, Calif. shot us an quick note to tell us about how his tournament came to an end:

UTG raises to 4k, 6 seat calls and I move in for about 39k w/KK. UTG thinks for a very long time, then calls w/99 and 6-seat folds. Board comes all hearts and one of his 9s is a heart. He covers.

What can you do? You get all of your chips in the middle with the best hand and the flop smacks your "lol donkaments" opponent across the face. Such is poker sometimes. Even with the bad beat though, Lim does go on to say how great of an experience going to the Aussie Millions was as part of Team Bodog:

I had a blast at Aussie Millions. I got to play pots w/Patrik Antonius, David Chiu, Thayer Rasmussen, and high-stakes online poker pro Zachary "crazyzachary" Clark.

If you want to join qualifiers like Lim at major poker tournaments all over the world and play for millions then head over to Bodog and qualify online for a WPT, EPT event or the 2008 WSOP in places like Las Vegas, Copenhagen, Los Angeles and Warsaw.
