Another three Bodog Poker Open III tournaments took place yesterday with almost 500 players turning out to take part in the amazing value offered by Bodog with added prize money, guaranteed prizepools and the T$50 bounties in the low-stakes event. All in all almost $60,000 was awarded

The BPO3 High-Stakes tournament was a $300+$25 buy-in 6-Handed event that drew in a field of 89 players, creating a prizepool of $26,700 with Bodog juicing the pot by $5,000 for a total of $31,700. Walking away with the $9,510 first-place prize was online poker player and Bodog regular "JohnnyGstaks."

The BPO3 Mid-Stakes event for the day was a $55+$5 Turbo No Limit Holdem tournament with a $15,000 guaranteed prizepool. The 205 players who entered found themselves with extra value for their buy-in as Bodog kicked in $3,725 to bring the prizepool up to the guaranteed amount. Online poker player "hiisr" took home the $4,125 top prize.

The low-stake BPO3 Bounty tournament featured a switch from the regular No lImit Holdem to Pot Limit Holdem with a $20+$2 buy-in. Bodog once again added money to the prizepool to bring it up to the posted $5,000 guarantee, giving the 184 players extra value plus a chance to win T$50 bounties for knocking out those designated with that status. "OGHowie" earned three of those bounties as well as the $1,375 first-place prize for winning the event.
