Day 2 Underway at the WPT LA Poker Classic, David Singer Leads

Play is underway here at the Commerce Casino with about 428 players remaining and poker pro David Singer is currently on top of that heap.
The concentration of big names at this event is pretty ridiculous, so much so that the opinion that a big name will win this event is a very popular one in the media area right now. Just in the top 25 you have Allen Cunningham, Phil Ivey, Phil Hellmuth, Johnny Chan, Vanessa Rousso, Isabelle Mercier, John Juanda, Humberto Brenes, Montel Williams, Mark Newhouse, Dan Harrington, Anna Wroblewski and Team Bodog players David Williams and Justin "ZeeJustin" Bonomo.
The players are on break right now after the first blind level with five more levels left to go, or about 7.5 hours of poker left on the day. With breaks and dinner break, we're probably looking at a lovely 10 hours at the Commerce. Really a treat.
