While the Denver Broncos were locking up their improbable 4-0 NFL season start last night (seriously, did anyone see that coming?), online poker players of all stripes came out to the Bodog Poker room to play in the Sunday $100k Guaranteed online poker tournament. Among them was Bodog regular 'deadmoney627,' who turned out to be quite the opposite and walked away with the $23,600 first-place prize.

This is the second $100k Guaranteed win for 'deadmoney627' in 2009 and, much like the Broncos, is an impressive accomplishment given the odds. To win two once-a-week tournaments in a single year has something like a .02% chance of happening. Or maybe not. We may have mentioned on here that math is not our strong suit.
