The £5,000 Pot Limit Omaha event at the 2007 WSOP Europe is nearing its conclusion with only nine players remaining. These nine will constitute the final table that commences after the dinner break, which is scheduled to end at 9:30 p.m. local time.
Current chipleader Sherkhan Farnood is no stranger to the WSOP with two cashes in Seven-Card Stud events at the 2007 WSOP in Las Vegas, Nev. He is also known as an accomplished PLO player with many of his career tournament cashes coming in that discipline.
The remaining players at the final table are no less experienced as many have impressive resumes in PLO. Two of them made deep runs at the $10,000 PLO event at this summer's WSOP in Las Vegas: Dario Alioto, who finished 9th, and US poker pro Andy Bloch, who finished 11th.
Frenchman Antoine Arnault enters the final table in 4th and also has several major PLO tournament career cashes. Rounding out the final table are Mohammed Hossein Razaghi, Dave Callaghan and Lithuanian/Australian poker pro and media mogul Tony G.
