Final Table, Sort Of, Set At The 2008 WPT LA Poker Classic

Michael Watson has made the "final table" of the WPT LA Poker Classic but this may be the only chance we get to use this sweet pic of him, he's a little short-stacked. (Bodog Beat Image)
Blair "blur5f6" Hinkle made an ill-advised all-in re-raise on Phil Hellmuth and found himself heading to the rail very shortly thereafter. His elimination leaves us with 10 remaining players all sitting at one table, basically a sort of "final table."
An official WPT final table only consists of six players due to length issues in the telecast, so we still need four more eliminations until we reach the official "final table" designation.
For what it's worth though, the last 10 players do get sweet LAPC leather jackets. On the down side, once all the players are sitting at one table the action traditionally slows waaaaaaay down. Awesome.
Here are the final ten chip counts:
1. Phil Hellmuth - 3,885,000
2. Phil Ivey - 1,995,000
3. Scott Montgomery - 1,330,000
4. Wei Kai Chang - 1,225,000
5. Charles Moore - 1,165,000
6. Nam Le - 1,005,000
7. Jeff Schwimmer - 800,000
8. Mike "SirWatts" Watson - 680,000
9. Quinn Do - 620,000
10. Theo Tran - 590,000
We'll keep you posted, so come on back later on.
