On a sweltering Sunday afternoon in August, 453 online poker players sought refuge from the heat in front of their computer screens to take part in Bodog Poker's $100,000 Guaranteed online poker tournament. A few hours later, it was online poker player "Manta_Ray" who had emerged victorious to claim the $25,000 first-place prize.

Also reaching the final table was Bodog regular "lkport," who was freerolling into the event thanks to the Bodog Twitter Trivia contest. He won T$162 for answering Friday's trivia question correctly and used that credit to buy into the $100k Guaranteed, turning a correct answer into a ninth-place finish for $1,700.
