Phil Hellmuth Jawing Away As Usual on Day 5 of WPT LA Poker Classic

Phil Hellmuth has being up to his usual antics during Day 5 of the WPT LA Poker Classic. (Bodog Beat Image)
We've just reached the first break here during Day 5 of the WPT LA Poker Classic and Phil Hellmuth is living up to his nickname as the "Poker Brat."
We walked into the tournament room, it's a little secluded area of to the side of the ballroom where the tournament was going on because they are now building the final table set for tomorrow, just in time to catch the fallout of a perceived "bad beat." Hellmuth was stalking around the playing area talking to the cameras himself loudly about how he always gets in with the correct odds and these amateurs always pull it out to beat him. At every tournament.
He sat back down at the table still talking ot the object of his ire, Scott Montgomery, going on about how he knew it was a bad play, Montgomery knew it was a bad play and the whole world knew it was a bad play. After a couple of minutes of this, Montgomery looked up and said, "If you can tell me one thing about me, my first name, last name, where I'm from or anything, then you can keep insulting me. If not, then leave me alone."
That just set Hellmuth off more, asking why he wasn't entitled to at least five minutes of berating after such a bad play. Things calmed back down and the play continued, with Helmuth still mumbling and Montgomery with an amused smile.
There are currently 14 players remaining and and, to add insult to irony, Montgomery has taken over the top spot with Hellmuth and Phil Ivey in the two and three spots. Blair Hinkle is in fourth, Jennifer Tilly is holding strong and Matt Brady is the short stack.
