Poker Pro Shannon Shorr Takes A Flying Leap *Cringe*

Back during the 2007 WSOP, we wrote about poker pro Shannon Shorr's mysterious absence from the first few days of the series:

When he did show up a few days later, the 22-year-old was in a wheelchair with a cast on his leg and a brace around his torso. WTF? Obviously, questions abounded and the answers were found on his blog. Apparently, while "horsing around with roommates”¦a major accident happened at the house." After a five hour wait in the ER, he was informed that he had fractured two vertebrae and broken his heel.

Well, video of that incident has now surfaced and is up on YouTube. While we know that he is fine now and has recovered, it still makes us cringe. Watch at your own risk.
