While most people were stuffing their faces with candy or maybe even a nice Easter dinner, 387 online poker players fired up their computers, paid their $100 + $9 buy-in and took part in the $20,000 added Easter Sunday Special online poker tournament. The incredible value of the event made the tournament much more valuable than the chocolate gold coins or whatever can be jammed inside a plastic egg.

The $20,000 that Bodog added to the prize pool increased each players buy-in by 51% as soon as the cards hit the table, bumping their buy-in from $100 to $151 and the prize pool from $38,700 to $58,700. Taking full advantage of this value was online poker player "zurswierding," who took down the $14,675 first-place prize. The Bodog regular is no stranger to final tables and this is win is just barely his largest single cash in the Bodog Poker room. His career earning at Bodog now exceed $80,000 in just over two years.
