Alex Rodriguez Passes Willie McCovey, Ted Williams on All-Time HR List

Another game, another record broken for Alex Rodriguez.
The reigning American League MVP did it again this evening, hitting his 522nd career home run against Boston Red Sox hurler Clay Buchholz. The shot put him clear of Pittsburgh Pirates great Willie McCovey and Boston legend Ted Williams for 15th place on the all-time list.
Next on the list? Former Philadelphia great Jimmie Foxx. A-Rod needs just 12 more shots to tie Foxx's career mark of 534 home runs.
