Canucks Sweep Blues for Franchise First

The Vancouver Canucks beat the St. Louis Blues 3-2 Tuesday night in overtime and for the first time in Canucks history -- it's a first round sweep.

Alex Burrows scored with just over 18 seconds left in the first overtime to send the Canucks into the second round of the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs. Vancouver goaltender Roberto Luongo stopped 47 of 49 shots, including 18 during OT. In the 2007 playoffs, his first playoff series as a Canuck, Luongo was 5-7 with a 1.77 goals-against average in 12 playoff games.
