Card Updated for Strikeforce: Shamrock vs. Cung Le

Bodog Fight veteran Jake Shields was forced off the Strikeforce card due to a back injury.
Strikeforce and EliteXC have announced an updated card for their March 29 event in San Jose, Calif.
Strikeforce: Shamrock vs. Cung Le has been haunted by injuries.
First, Joe "Diesel" Riggs (27-10-0) injured his back at Bodog Fight presents Strikeforce at The Dome, February 23 in Tacoma, Wash., and was forced to withdraw from his bout against Joey "Dreamsmasher" Villasenor (24-6-0).
Promoters were able to find a replacement in Evangelista "Cyborg" Santos (16-11-0) but he too was forced off the card when visa issues kept him from leaving Brasil. Matchmakers have now found a third opponent for Villasenor in UFC veteran Ryan Jensen (11-3-0).
A fight for the EliteXC welterweight title was scrapped when Jake Shields (20-4-1) injured his back and pulled out of his scheduled match with Drew Fickett (32-5-0) at the last minute.
The main event remains unchanged, with Frank Shamrock (24-8-1) defending his Strikeforce middleweight belt against undefeated challenger Cung Le (5-0-0).
Currently, Shamrock is the -210 favorite in the Bodog Sportsbook, while Le is a +170 underdog.
