College Basketball Betting Lines & Odds: Georgetown at Providence

Providence will be looking to stay above the .500 mark on the season when they hit the hardwood at home on Tuesday night, but it’ll be a challenge against visiting Georgetown.

If the Friars can’t beat the college basketball odds in this one they’ll take another hit on their 8-11 against-the-spread mark on the season. Providence is 12-11 straight-up.

The Hoyas’ offense carried the day in their last contest, a 103-90 win over highly-touted Villanova on Saturday. Austin Freeman was good for 25 points for Georgetown in that win, while Jason Clark tossed in 24 points on the day.

Georgetown enters Tuesday’s matchup at 17-5 SU and 10-8 ATS.

Consistency has been a problem for the Hoyas during Big East conference play; they’ve failed to win more than two straight games since the beginning of January, and they’ve alternated wins and losses in their past five outings.
