College Basketball Betting: No. 14 Gonzaga Edges Western Kentucky in Alaska Shootout

Four Gonzaga players scored in double figures and the Bulldogs held on for a hard-fought 74-71 victory over Western Kentucky in Anchorage, Alaska on Thursday night.

Matt Bouldin
had 18 points to pace the Zags, who improved to 4-0 despite failing to cover the point spread. No. 14 Gonzaga was favored by seven in the Great Alaska Shootout played in Sullivan Arena.

The betting total was under 153 points.

Micah Downs had 14 points for the Bulldogs and Jeremy Pargo added 12.

No. 19 Southern Illinois 63, Chattanooga 41:
The Salukis covered the 14-point spread in the Anaheim Classic in California as Randal Falker scored 21.

No. 20 Villanova 76, Central Florida 68:
Scottie Reynolds and freshman Corey Fisher combined for 37 points to lead the Wildcats, who were seven-point favorites in the Old Spice Classic in Orlando, Fla.
