No. 18 Pittsburgh is trying to improve its 15-1 home record, and they may not have an especially hard time with struggling Providence coming to town.

Pittsburgh—15-9-2 on college basketball odds this year—picked up its sixth win in seven games with Saturday’s 71-64 win over St. John’s.

Nasir Robinson led the Panthers with 13 points and nine rebounds in the win, while forward Gilbert Brown tied for the scoring lead with 13 points of his own.

Providence (9-14-1 ATS) has hit rock bottom with eight consecutive losses, and 10 defeats in its past 11 games.

Most recently, the Friars fell 99-93 to South Florida. The loss wasted a 26-point night from Sharaud Curry.

Pittsburgh has dominated the head-to-head series between these teams, winning eight of the past nine. It’s been much closer on the spread, with the Panthers owning a narrow 5-4 lead. Providence won 81-73 last year.
