The Blue Demons haven't beaten a ranked team since last season, losing 15 straight, and enter this matchup having dropped a school-record 14 in a row overall.

Villanova, meanwhile, has won eight of nine and is coming off an 89-86 victory at Syracuse on Sunday.

The Wildcats have averaged 90.2 points and 49.6 percent shooting in their last six games, compared to 73.5 points and 45.1 percent shooting in their first eight Big East contests.
