The Coastal division has two teams that could make a case for either a BCS or national title slot.

Expectations are high for the North Carolina Tar Heels entering the 2009 season.

They have a talented defense to build around, while its offense has an experienced quarterback and depth at running back. That's enough for the Tar Heels to be picked near the top of their division and earn +600 odds to win it.

Georgia Tech (+350) could also sneak up and win the division this season.

Last year the ACC Atlantic was congested with all six teams finishing within a game of each other. Boston College may take a fall this season but it looks as though it might be another tight race as any one of five teams has a shot at the division.

Florida State is the only team ranked in the AP Preseason poll and are listed at +250 to win the ACC.
