The Washington Huskies have 9/2 odds to win the Pac-10. While a title may not happen, they could be in line for their first winning season in years. Washington is next in today’s college football preview.

The Huskies should field a very potent offense in 2010. Jake Locker returns under center despite potentially being chosen in the first round of the NFL draft. He’s a bonafide superstar and will contend for the Heisman. Locker is one of nine starters returning on offense, and he’ll have all his top receivers again this year. Watch out for these guys.

The defense has some catching up to do. Something—anything—must be done to generate a pass rush. No player on the current roster had more than 2.5 sacks last year. Linebacker is pretty solid, though, and the secondary should get a boost from safety Sean Parker—a four-star recruit who should start immediately.
