The Cleveland Browns are having a scary season so far. They are 0-3 (SU and ATS) and are near the bottom of the NFL in total yards of offense.

Now Browns coach Eric Mangini said he'll wait until Wednesday to announce his starting quarterback for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Can it get any worse for football bettors in Cleveland?

Brady Quinn is 0-3 as the starter this season and 1-5 in his career. He has one TD, three interceptions, and two fumbles.

The Bengals, however, are turning things around and are coming off a 23-20 win over the Steelers in which they were 3-point underdogs.

Cincinnati is 5-1 ATS in its last six games and, perhaps more importantly, 7-2 SU in its last nine games when playing Cleveland.

Cincinnati is also 4-2 ATS in its last 6 games when playing on the road against Cleveland.
