Former Redskins Defensive Coordinator Gregg Williams Hired by Jaguars

Jacksonville radio station 1010XL is reporting that former Washington defensive coordinator Gregg Williams has scored the Jacksonville Jaguars job as defensive coordinator.

After head coach Joe Gibbs retired from the Redskins' head coaching position Williams was let go as coordinator.

The news of Williams' hiring isn't expected to be officially announced until Wednesday. Williams ran a similar 4-3 scheme with the Redskins, and should be successful with a talented Jaguars unit.
